Separate an existing model with your logo from a project changing material, structure or function. Send artwork and reference images, define acceptable colours and identify the packaging language needed for the target market.
Control sample revisions
Give each sample and artwork file a version. Record changes, measurements and unresolved questions. Confirm which sample represents the production order; a photograph alone may not show fit, surface finish or assembly quality.
Agree inspection and packing
Connect the inspection checklist to the approved sample. Include labels, barcode data, components, instructions and carton quantities. Discuss how findings will be documented and who will approve corrections before dispatch.
